BASIC QUESTIONS 
1. What is the Chain of Command?
The TMods would go to Mods with any questions, the Mods would go to the rank above that with questions, etc. Basically you ask the staff rank above you if you have any questions. 

2. What is the purpose as to why you are applying for this position?
Ever since I have played gmod I have always enjoyed being staff. Before this server, I played on an American Revolutionary War server a lot. I got bored of it because I was on it for a long time and was basically the only staff member who helped out. I enjoy playing this server and would like to help out the community by becoming a staff member. It would also help me out because I am a commander and it helps to be able to built training sims. 

3. Tell us about your best skill.
I have a few skills that help me, it is hard to narrow it down to one. First of all, I have good leadership qualities. Not only do I have them in-game, but I also have them irl. I am currently the student council president, and in middle school I was the one who showed new students around. Being the one who showed people around brings me to my next skill. I am good at being friendly and making friends with members of the community. This will come in handy when dealing with players and adressing their problems and needs. The last skill I will mention is my ability to problem solve. I have always been good at problem solving, there are many instances where this would come in handy as a staff member. For one, it would allow you to resolve problems between players in a more peaceful way. I think together, these skills make me a very good candidate for a staff position on Dawn Of Sorrow. 

4. Please list some of your previous staff experience. (Position & Community)
I made my way up to Trial Superadmin on Goliad Gaming(American Rev server), I was server manager on another star wars server that shut down called epoch, I was Head Moderator on Garnet Gaming(Darkrp server). I think there are a few others but I can't recall the names of them.

6. What days are you available to be on the server?:
Pretty much everyday, especially now because I am on summer vacation.
 
7. How long have you been a part of Dawn of Sorrow Networks?:

I have been a part of Dawn of Sorrow for about 3 weeks.

I do not have any warnings.

SITUATIONAL QUESTIONS 
1. Imagine the following: A hacker is on the server and soon starts breaking it down, using any means available. What would you do?       
I would turn on my recording software and get proof. After I have solid proof of the hacker doing whatever it is he is doing, I would ban him for a week. If he returned after the week and did it again, I would proceed by perm banning the player.

2. Imagine another situation: You were pissed off with another staff member that was ruining the event (in your opinion). You two were arguing in the PUBLIC CHAT about it. What would you do FIRST to stop the situation?:       
First, I would move the argument into pm's or onto discord in dm's. This is because you never want the players to see any conflict going on between the figures that they should be looking up to. I walso would not drop it immedialy because it is good to voice your opinion, especially if you believe that the outcome would benefit the server. Next, I would try to de-escalate the argument and calmly tell the person what I think he/she did wrong and how they could improve that said issue. If that does not work, I would go to the next person above that staff member to try and follow the chain of command and ask that person to try and help me resolve the problem.

3. Imagine the following: An Important In Real Life Emergency comes up. Someone in your family is hurt or dead. This could also be you. Would you take a leave of absence or would you still play on the server?:
I would take a leave of absense because family is very important to me (no offense to the server, this is fun but it is just a game).

4. Imagine the following: A player or another staff member is causing an unnecessary amount of drama on the server. You repeatedly ask them to stop causing unnecessary drama and they refuse. What would you do in this situation?:       
If the person was doing it in chat, I would mute them for a certain amount of time depending on the severity. If it was a lower ranking staff, I would do the same thing and mute them, as well as get screenshots or a video and show it to someone who can do something about it. If it was a higher ranking staff, I would just get evidence because I wouldn't have the perms to mute higher ranking staff.

5. Imagine there is a Huge Minge streamer on the Server, For example: The Cronic Gamer. He is ruining multiple roleplay situations just to get content, He does not have permission to do so. He ruined an entire event and caused people to leave the server. What do you do in this situation?:       
I would ban him for a week. It is important to keep the majority of the players on the server happy. Without them, the server wouldn't get very far. If the streamer came back after the week and did it again, I would perm ban them.

I herby Agree to always be respectful to anyone in a staff situation not matter how I feel about them. I herby Agree to follow the orders of my superiors. I herby Agree to make the server a better place for everyone, Staff, Event Planners, and Players. I herby Agree to Accept any punishment for breaking the rules of the server or breaking an part of this agreement.

In my personal opinion I would give this staff application a neutral rating, it's not overly good but it's not overly bad.  I'd recommend putting more time on the server before instantly putting a staff application up.  You should get more of a feel of what the community is like and the people before you should fully dive into it.  I'd say your answers are good for the questions but a few things could be worked on, that's all. -Bloom/Niner
