The chain of command is staff thats starts from t-mod to the highest ranking staff known as staff manager. So you'd listen to owner first, staff manager, then super admin,admin,senior moderator,moderator,then trial mod. and you would always ask for help by a trial mod first, and if they can't help then go up the list[/color] [color=#e2e2e2]2. What is the purpose as to why you are applying for this position? The reason I wish to join the staff team is to make sure less drama is seen on the server and to make sure everyone is happy on the server, by answering their questions, teleporting them if their stuck, or just help them out whenever they need help. [/color] [color=#e2e2e2]3. Imagine the following: A hacker is on the server and soon starts breaking it down, using any means available. What would you do? I would find out who is hacking the server and ban their ip. obviously if this doesnt work, i would contact the owners and tell them to close the server for a brief period of time to figure out how to stop this hacker. [/color] [color=#e2e2e2]2. Imagine another situation: You were pissed off with another staff member that was ruining the event (in your opinion). You two were arguing in the PUBLIC CHAT about it. What would you do FIRST to stop the situation?:I would tell the other person that we should take it to a voice channel in discord or pm.  3. Imagine the following: An Important In Real Life Emergency comes up. Someone in your family is hurt or dead. This could also be you. Would you take a leave of absence or would you still play on the server?: I would most likely take an LOA. [/color] [color=#e2e2e2]4. Imagine the following: A player or another staff member is causing an unnecessary amount of drama on the server. You repeatedly ask them to stop causing unnecessary drama and they refuse. What would you do in this situation?: I would tell Boo. in his recent community meeting he said that if someone was causing drama he would "hunt them down and ban them from the discord and the server, no matter the time." If he isn't on I would contact the staff manager to see what he think's of the situation. (i would also mute him)[/color] [color=#e2e2e2]5. Imagine there is a Huge Minge streamer on the Server, For example: The Cronic Gamer. He is ruining multiple roleplay situations just to get content, He does not have permission to do so. He ruined an entire event and caused people to leave the server. What do you do in this situation?: I would watch him for a time without bothering him. The reason for this is so he doesnt get mad and get someone to do anything to the server that can ruin the fun for the rest of us.
