He ruined an entire event and caused people to leave the server. -1 in personal opinion, even if you could fix or make up past warns, it feels like you didn't fully grasp at what the questions were saying and you didn't answer in the best possible way.  I'd recommend starting off with smaller servers or places for experience then move on up so you can get a full grasp of what we need and want.
