So uh you know, 2 hours on the server by the way,  you've been on the server before, i've seen you.  You haven't shown any dedication to the server whatsoever and in any way, you only joined because a staff app you made got accepted.  I think this past staff application acceptance (yours) is majorly biased.  Just because you've known someone on another server doesn't give you the right to get flat out accepted without showing of dedication, help towards the community, and NO TIME IN THE COMMUNITY.  I believe Wolffes or Fires statement still stands, and you stating Also, I haven't even gotten a chance to prove myself to you doesn't help your position whatsoever, if you were active and actually played instead of hopping on now, you could show you're worthy, but you have nothing to back you up since you're a nobody out of nowhere.

I am not on often in game because I have been dealing with many situations in Discord, and have not had the time to sit down, and enjoy our server for what it is recently. I also have many IRL things going on, as I am still a teen, and I am currently involved in Driver's Education, which is 3 days a week, for 3 hours. No offense, but I just want to go to sleep, and watch YouTube after that long and stressful day. I also have my own personal problems as well, as all the stress in my life has actually made my mother schedule an appointment with our doctor to see if they can help with my depression, and anxiety. I do not like being the bad guy, believe it or not. I simply want to make this community a less mingey place, because it is something we advertise, and I am going to hold the community, and our staff to those standards. I think you all think I am some kind of hate monster who feeds off of people's obedency, and lack of a free will. I am human, with emotions and feelings of my own. You manage the staff. Not the community. You may stop minging on the server from random CR's that join. Boo is the community manager if anything thats would he should be doing. You should be managing staff not minges

Ok, Carter let's be honest, staff manager is honestly one of the most important ranks on the server. If all this stuff you say is true, you're merely playing the victim and in my eyes trying to make other people feel bad for you and agree with what you have to say. I don't mean this in a disrespectful tone at all but I honestly don't think you're fit to be such a high rank with such little time on the server and when you come up with a counter-argument you try to make people feel bad for you.

I only stated my positions on PG as you would on a resume. It shows I have experience in positions similar to staff and I'm not just some normal SSGT from PG. I've done literally everything BUT staff, but I've been there almost every step of the way when my friends were staff and I've learned by watching them, so I may as well have been. I am in no way bragging, or saying I should've been accepted as staff on PG. Honestly, from the past 5 hours I've spent on the server TODAY, I've learned so much about all of you. And I understand where you're coming from, but all this drama and hate is over the top. If you have a problem, contacting an owner is the easiest thing in the world. I recommend you do it, rather than make a huge attention seeking forum post.

I've Aeons staff application many times and see nothing that really stands out but the norm that everyone else says, i don't think this guy is ready to be a staff member in a community he doesn't know or hasn't experienced.  I know i'm not a staff manager and should know what everything should look like, but you would want to see something more than, never been staff, i'm friends with high staff, i'm a big boy who's had a lot of big boy positions and should've been accepted as staff on PG.

You are mixing up bias, with experience. Bias, is choosing someone over others because you feel strongly towards them. Experience is choosing someone because you know they have a capability to do a job from previous endeavours. If I was biased, I would have denied everyone's staff apps besides PG members. I simply put all staff apps on hold because our community is still growing. As any former or current staff know, having more staff than playerbase is awful. I chose Aeon and Cera not because I think they are cool, but because of my previous experiences with them, as well as knowing their personality types, I know they are to be trusted. I will absolutely accept more people's apps, once we get more folks on. I simply need to get a feel for the community to understand them better.

Thats not how it works. You dont have to delete everyone's apps to be biased. You said yourself you chose them because of your previous experiences. Those previous experiences have led you to be biased towards them and choose them over others. And if you did have your Experience that you do have, you would realize its never a smart decision to accept someone who just joins a server. You reward people who have put 0 time in the server. You reward those who have dedicated themselves to the server. We didnt even have a staff shortage when you accepted cera or aeon. The staff were on everyday doing there jobs just fine, but you obiviously wouldnt know that considering you cant get on most of the time.

Yeah, that's also how getting a job is in real life is supposed to be like. But its not. You get jobs in real life by knowing people. Not by your experience, time or dedication. Unless you're someone like Jamaica from PG coming to a small server to be a T-Mod. Then MAYBE your previous experience will mean something.

That is what exactly what bias is m8.

What everyone is trying to say is that you let these unknown people into the most important roles of our server without ANYONE knowing who they actually are besides you. If you just had waited a week or intel atleast 24+ hours on the server this would have probably never happened. We would have an idea what people we are working with here instead of random people. Also just like Bloom said aeon staff app sounds like he already knew you were going to accept him but with katie its looks like your affect of denying her app has just vanished because you accepted aeons with no regard but hers like useless trash. 
I ultimately think that it was unfair and it shouldent ever happen again.

I think the owners chose rashly and fast for choosing a staff manager with shown nothing on the server shouldn't have been done.  There should've been more trials and ways around to the answer but this is a major error.

This isnt about business, dont go trying to change the subject. The subject is you being unfit for your role as Staff manager. You cant get around your skull that dedication is getting on the server everyday and enjoying it, as i and countless others have done. Your Experience card here is what is pissing the whole community off. People play on this server everyday such as Rex and Bloom. We know the OWNERS made the decision but the decisions he's been making afterward have shown him unfit for the position.
